Booking & Deposit Policy

We want booking with The Wishink Well to feel clear and fair. Here is how it works, from the first message to the end of your session.

How booking works

  • Share your idea. Send a reference, rough size, placement and your dates in Bali through our enquiry form or on WhatsApp.
  • Get your quote. We match you with a suitable artist and confirm the price based on size, placement and detail.
  • Secure your slot. A 50% deposit confirms your date and time with your artist.
  • Get tattooed. You pay the balance on the day, after the session.

Deposit

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm every booking.
  • The deposit is non-refundable. It reserves your artist’s time and covers the design work prepared for you.
  • The deposit is deducted from your final price.

Changing your appointment

  • You can reschedule once if you let us know at least 72 hours before your appointment.
  • Changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice, or a missed appointment, mean the deposit is forfeited.
  • If we ever need to move your appointment, we will offer you a new time first.

Payment

We accept cash (IDR), credit and debit cards and bank transfer. Your quote is confirmed before you book; if you change the size or design on the day, your artist will confirm any price difference before starting.

Walk-ins

We are open daily from 10:00 to 22:00 and welcome walk-ins when an artist is free. Booking ahead is the only way to guarantee your time, especially for larger pieces.

On the day

  • Arrive rested, after a proper meal and with plenty of water.
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your session.
  • Let your artist know about any medical conditions, allergies or medication before you start.
  • Wear clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed.

Hygiene

Every session uses single-use needles and cartridges opened in front of you, equipment sterilised in an autoclave, disposable barriers on the machine, chair and work surfaces, and certified tattoo inks.

Aftercare
